Refund Policy

We hope you will love your Doa purchases, however if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, they can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days. Please note, this does not include sale, personalised or bespoke items. Simply post the item(s) back to us, unused and with original labels intact to the following address.

We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.

We recommend that goods are sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. Any order may be cancelled until the buyer has received the Shipping Confirmation.
